This location is easily the best out of the 3 in Central Florida, I always refer people to this location. David was very patient and very helpful while we dealt with them over the phone and got everything set up, even though it took over an hour. I was very impressed with Josh and will look for him next time I need help! User ( 03:16) Had problems with Verizon as far as setting up my account. We had to do several "work arounds" to make it happen, but he finally got it all transferred. An associate named Josh helped me through the whole process. Totally messed something up and couldn't get my old phone to transfer information to my new phone. I had purchased the new iPhone 8 via the mail and tried to set it up on my own. User ( 04:25) Had a great experience at the store. Waited a hour for a genius just so he could tell me what I already knew. but the smart keyboard that i bought was damaged good!! and i had to go back to the store to replace it without any compensation by your store! (The seller tried to convince me that the Smart Keyboard is not compatible with my iPad pro!! Till I showed him that they both 10.5 inch and it must fit!!!) lucky for me that i tested the item at the hotel before my flight back home. not talking about the order that from some reason canceled and i had to reorder and pay again at the store (went there just for pick up). User ( 14:20) was very disappointed from my last experience with this store. Didn’t feel JOEY heard a thing we said or took it into consideration. Told JOEY we wanted to make and appointment for monday because it’s saturday and we cant wait 3 hrs for a tech. Didn’t listen to a thing we were saying, half way through a sentence he would turn and start talking to another customer. User ( 23:35) We stopped here for a simple fix and JOEY was the one to help us. Never in the history of retail has the customer service been so bad.
